We offer therapy for individuals, 18 years of age or older, who have experienced domestic violence, sexual assault, intergenerational trauma, as well as relational issues, depression, and anxiety. Our approach is grounded in the understanding that no single therapeutic method can encompass the full spectrum of human experience. As a Chicana therapist and daughter of immigrants, my personal journey informs the way I connect with clients. This integrative approach considers cultural, historical, and individual contexts to provide healing and empowerment
